Bricklayers and Allied Craft Workers Local 15 -
Apprenticeship programs are available for the following crafts:
Bricklayer
Pointer, Caulker, Cleaner (PCC)
Marble, Tile & Terrazzo Finishers
Application Requirements:
All applicants shall be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
All applicants shall present a Social Security Card issued by the Social Security Administration.
All applicants must provide documentation that establishes both identity and employment authorization as required by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Form I-9.
All applicants shall be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the apprenticeship program without posing a direct threat to the health and safety to the individual or others.

Application requirements:
Must be 18 years old.
Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Must have a valid, Government-issued ID
Will be subject to a pre-indenture drug screen

IBEW Local 22 -
Apprenticeship Programs are available for the following crafts:
Construction wireman
Construction electrician
Electrician apprenticeship
Application requirements:
Applicants must be 17 years of age to submit an application, but must be 18 years of age at the time of the interview.
Must have high school transcript and diploma, GED or equivalent.
Valid drivers license.
Each applicant must complete an aptitude test.
If an applicant is selected they must take and pass a substance abuse and physical exam.
Applicant must have access to a computer, laptop, etc.

Operating Engineers Local 571 -
Our apprenticeship is a four-year program that strives to train operating engineers in all areas of the construction trade. Our apprentices graduate the program with the experience, skill, certifications, and confidence to succeed as a journeyperson in a difficult and demanding field.
Application requirements:
18 years of age
Valid driver’s license and have a current DMV report
Certified copy of birth certificate
Social security card
High school diploma (GED)
Physically capable of performing the duties of an Operating Engineer
Able to pass a drug screen (DOT)
Applicant needs to include a $25 non-refundable administrative fee, payable with a MONEY ORDER only to the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 571 Training Fund. Cash or personal checks will NOT be accepted.

Iron Workers Local 21 -
An ironworker is a construction worker who specializes in installing structural steel and reinforcing iron to build the framework of buildings, bridges, and other structures, primarily by cutting, welding, and fitting metal components according to blueprints to create the supporting skeleton of a construction project.
Application requirements:
High school or an equivalency diploma
Physically fit
Drug-free
Have access to reliable transportation
Have proof of citizenship or the legal right to work in the U.S.

Laborers Local 1140 -
Through a combination of classroom and on-the-job training, new members gain the skills to become a Construction Craft Laborer. LIUNA requires all new members to participate in a comprehensive apprenticeship program, consisting of 3,600 hours of on-the-job training with an additional 320 hours of classroom training. Through this program, men and women gain the necessary skills to building a career.
Application requirements:
Not less than 18 years of age. Proof of age may be required.
Physically able to perform the work of the trade.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must submit to a drug test in compliance with current drug testing standards.
Applicants will be required to complete an application form and provide substantiating evidence or claimed qualifications.
Applications are taken the first Wednesday of every month from 9am-2pm. You must bring the required documents at the time of application.

International Union of Painters and Allied Trades Local 81 -
Apprenticeship programs are available for the following crafts:
Glazing

Plumbers Local 16 -
Apprentices receive on-the-job training during the day and attend comprehensive classes at night. For five years these apprentices learn the newest techniques, and the value of swift, careful craftsmanship, as well as proper methods of combining plumbing and architecture.

Sheet Metal Workers Local 3 -
A sheet metal worker is a professional who makes, installs and reconditions sheet metal products, such as various elements that are part of the heating, cooling and ventilation systems, as well as roofing and drainage systems
Application requirements:
You must be at least 18 years old to apply for an apprenticeship.
You must have a High School diploma or GED.
You must complete an assessment (ACCUPLACER TEST at Metro Community College) and meet minimum standards in reading, writing, and arithmetic.
You must be physically able to perform the work of the trade and complete a pre-employment drug screen.
You must be available to attend classes as scheduled by the Apprentice Committee.
Apprenticeship Interview:
All applicants will be required to furnish the following documents:
A copy of your High School Diploma/GED
A copy of your drivers license/state ID AND your Social Security Card
A copy of your high school transcripts
3 or more letters of recommendation
ACCUPLACER TEST results scoring a minimum of 9 points out of 17 total possible

UA Sprinkler Fitters Local 669 -
The principle function of a sprinkler fitter is the installation of fire protection systems. This includes:
Underground supply piping, which is connected to an integrated overhead piping system for suppression of fire.
Safety is first and foremost; therefore you will be trained in the care and proper use of tools and equipment associated with fire sprinkler installations.
Application requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Must be physically fit to do the work of the trade
Must have other than dishonorable discharge from military (if applicable)
Must be able to pass appropriate drug test and medical exam (paid for by sponsor)

Steamfitters and Plumbers Local 464 -
Apprenticeship programs are available for the following crafts:
Steamfitting
HVAC
Plumbing
Application requirements:
Applications are taken once a year the first two full weeks of March. You must apply in person. There are NO online applications.
Key items you will need to bring with you when you apply:
Valid Driver's License
Birth Certificate
High School Diploma OR a letter from your high school stating you graduated on school letterhead. If you are still in high school but will be 18 by June 1st you can still apply.
High School transcripts. If you are a current Senior please bring a copy of your current unofficial transcript.
Military Form DD-214 if you are a Veteran.
After you apply, you will be scheduled to come back for math test. The test covers basic math, adding, subtracting, multiplying, decimals and dividing whole numbers and fractions. Scratch paper is provided but no calculators are allowed. This is a timed one hour test.
If you pass the math test you will be scheduled to come for an interview in April.
Decisions are made in May.
Work and school start in June
